WE NEED A FULLY COMPLETED ACORD APPLICATION, LOSS RUNS, SUPPLEMENTAL AP, EXPERIENCE OF THE CONTRACTORS AND IF AVAILABLE, LICENSE NUMBER OF THE CONTRACTOR (SOMETIMES WHEN LOSS RUNS ARE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN, A WRITTEN AND SIGNED STATEMENT FROM THE ASSURED, STATING NO PRIOR LOSSES, IS SATISFACTORY) We also do new contractors with their resume or past experiences. Be certain to include their prior history in the same line or a resume for the prior years. We have many companies doing all types of contractors. Many of these companies will not quote without their application. We have included two applications which are the most common of our brokerage markets, we have to allow ample time for them to get to it, so please get your application in early so your assured does not have a lapse of coverage.
